Alcohol Special Events and Restaurant Caterer's Dinner Permit Application

The State of Alaska Alcohol Marijuana Control Office (AMCO) allows nonprofit fraternal, civic, or patriotic organizations active for a period of at least two years to apply for a Special Events Permit issued by the AMC Office. AMCO asks that the application be submitted at least ten days before the date for which the permit is requested. 

 

The State of Alaska Alcohol Marijuana Control Office also permits currently licensed Restaurant Eating Place Licenses to obtain a Restaurant Caterer's Dinner Permit for beer or wine to be served at a hosted dinner or banquet. 

 

In addition to the requirements from the State, the City of Bethel will require a separate Alcohol Special Events and Restaurant Caterer's Dinner Permit Application be submitted and approved. The City asks that the application be submitted at least 30 days before the date in which the applicant needs the permit approved.
